Private Sessions
One-on-one instruction is fantastic for everyone, from Pilates beginners to seasoned athletes.
Private classes provide personalized guidance tailored specifically to the client's needs and goals, body type and fitness level. We prioritize enhancing flexibility, building strength, improving balance and coordination. When the form is correct, clients are able to progress quickly, maximizing results and reducing the risk of injury.
It's not uncommon for pain and stiffness to disappear with Pilates. We've seen lives change as a result. Prioritizing health is always the best investment.
Private sessions may be purchased here but must be scheduled by contacting the studio directly. We also offer remote instruction via Zoom.
