I'm now posting workouts online and, um, it's kind of scary.

I have a confession.

I started posting workout videos online.

I resisted it forever.

Why?

I'm afraid of making an ass out of myself.

But then I remembered, I'm going to be dead one day. Who cares what I do online? No one. Not my daughters, my friends, my clients, my family.

I am utterly insignificant in the cosmic sense so might as well squeeze as much juice out of this lemon I call life that I can.

The people who are interested in my online content will watch. Those who aren't won't. It's that simple.

My idea of a happy, fulfilled life (apart from meaningful relationships with high quality people) is to create something and push it out into the world every single day.

My idea of happy, fulfilled life is to force myself outside my comfort zone.

My idea of a happy, fulfilled life is to keep growing creatively, professionally and spiritually.

Tony Robbins said it best: "If you're not growing, you're dying."

I plan to keep growing until my last dying breath.

I plan to live until I'm 100.

I plan to live a healthy, creative life.
