Fundamental Reformer is mostly tailored to new clients and bodies who

may have limited strength and flexibility. It's also great for more

experienced clients who want a refresher in Pilates Reformer basics. 

We teach primarily according to who shows up. If it's mostly beginners who sign

up for the class, we teach at a beginner level. If more intermediate students

show up, we make sure to give them options to make the workout more challenging. Our instructors are well versed in teaching mixed-level classes.

It's recommended new clients do a minimum of 2-3 Fundamental Reformer

classes before checking out our other offerings. 

Reformer plus the use of the vertical frame (the tower) for additional

strength training. This class is rooted in mat Pilates but with all the bells and whistles (think, springs, bars and loops) that make up the adjoining tower. Emphasizes flexibility, spinal mobility, strength training, balance and core work. Doable but challenging for all skill levels, from beginner to advanced. 

A rigorous workout for experienced students. Designed for clients who've

been doing reformer for awhile, are familiar with the equipment and the

cuing and are comfortable moving at a brisk pace. 

A Pilates workout for the 65 and up crowd: Open to anyone and everyone

of all abilities but designed specifically for more mature bodies. This does not

mean easy, however! 

A creative mix of Reformer and Stability Chair exercises: Why limit

ourselves to just the Reformer? The Stability Chair adds another layer of sweat, muscle control and balance exercises to the Pilates workout. Great for both beginner and intermediate clients. 

A burner class focused specifically on the buns, guns and abdominals.

Prepare to quiver. Great for beginner and advanced clients.
